How To Paint Coffee Mugs?

I want to personalize coffee mugs for my friends as Christmas presents. I know I have a Michael’s and a Hobby Lobby in my town, and I want to know what I need to buy to make this happen. I’m not really up for making the mugs, though.

How To Paint Over A Monopoly Board?

I am creating a home made monopoly board for a Christmas present and I need a little help with covering the pre-bought monopoly board so that I can write down my own places to personalize it. I am trying to cover the board with acrylic paint but that seems to be too light. Would house or wall paint work? Or what other paint would work to cover the board?
